Mini Movie Review : The Case for Christmas

In The Case for Christmas a widower, recently qualified as a lawyer and desperate for clients agrees to take on Santa Claus as a client.

Santa is being sued by the ruthless head of a sporting goods manufacturer who plans to demonize the old Elf King so his brand new Christmas icon, Santana Snow, can take over. Santana Snow is a fairy who delivers – you guessed it – sporting goods for Christmas!

Dean Cain is wonderful as the lawyer dad, Michael Sherman (but don't take my word for it - I'd watch him recite his grocery list and applaud!) and George Buza and Dylan Roberts are authentic and convincing Santa Clause and Charlie Elfkin (Santa's Head Elf,) respectively.

The Case for Christmas is a super-cute festive movie for all the family. The acting is superb, the script well-written and funny and all the characters are endearing – except for the scuzzball corporate head and his lawyer!

A charming, mildly romantic Christmas movie that's a must in our household from now on. You'll love it!
